Eduardo Ruiz

Guitar Program Coordinator

Eduardo Ruiz is an experienced classical guitarist and music educator who helps students
become confident, skilled, and expressive guitar players. With a Master of Music in Performance and Pedagogy from the University of Adelaide, Eduardo teaches students to play with musicality.

At StrumTree, he leads guitar classes with a strong focus on
musicianship, confidence, and community. He creates meaningful performance opportunities for students, including bringing live guitar music into Canberra’s aged-care homes.

Leo Amadeus

Aged Care Music Activity Leader

Leo Amadeus is an actor, writer and musician who loves to share music with everyone. They are a firm believer in music therapy and they love to bring joy to people by singing songs and playing the piano (and encouraging the audience to sing along, too!).

Leo collaborates with StrumTree to bring music to aged care homes, providing live music activities and entertainment, with the goal of bringing everyone closer through song.
